This Privacy Policy covers any personal information that Colour Revolution obtains from you when you use services on our website. This policy does not cover the practices of companies that Colour Revolution does not own or control, or the actions of people that Colour Revolution does not employ or manage.

Information Collection
Depending on how you use Colour-Revolution.com, we may ask you to share personal information with us. Whether you choose to give Colour-Revolution.com information is completely up to you, but keep in mind that if you withhold information, you may not be able to use some of our services.

Colour Revolution will ask you for information, including some personal information, if you use certain of our services, including (but not limited to) one of the following services:

Becoming a registered user. To register, you need to share some personal information, such as your name and email address. You do not have to be a registered user to visit Colour-Revolution.com's web pages. But, you will have to register if you want to place orders or make full use of our services.
Making a purchase. When you buy something on Colour-Revolution.com, you have to supply a billing address, phone number, shipping address, and credit card information. By making a purchase, you become a registered user of Colour-Revolution.com. You can choose to store information needed to make a purchase, such as your credit card number, shipping and billing addresses in the My Account- Profile page. If you change your mind about storing this information, you can amend or delete it by going to the relevant area of the My Account – Profile page and following the instructions. You can access this section using your registration password. We also retain details of your specific product purchases and transactions with us.
Sweepstakes, Contests and Surveys. If you enter a sweepstakes or contest, or answer a survey, you will become a registered user (if you aren't one already). We may also ask you for some demographic information, such as your age, interests or product preferences. If you choose not to answer, you probably will not be able to participate in the sweepstakes, contest or survey.

Children Under 13
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act imposes certain requirements on web sites directed at children under 13 years of age that collect information on those children, and on web sites that knowingly collect information on children under 13. Colour-Revolution .com is not directed at children under 13, and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13.

Security
Protecting your information is of primary concern to Colour Revolution. Colour Revolution stores the information that it collects on a secure server. Only authorized employees and suppliers have access to your personal information. We never display your full credit card number once it has been entered. We will only reveal the last four digits of your credit card for verification purposes. Also, we urge you to protect your own privacy. We recommend that you do not share your password with anyone or share your password in an unsolicited phone call or email.

No transmission of information over the Internet is guaranteed to be completely secure and it is possible that third parties not under the control of Colour Revolution may be able to access, intercept or alter transmissions unlawfully. While Colour Revolution will use all reasonable attempts to keep your information secure, we cannot absolutely guarantee that security. Our web site may offer chats, forums or message boards. Please note that information posted in these venues becomes public knowledge.

To ensure that the information we maintain is accurate, Colour Revolution gives users the option to change or modify their information previously provided. If you would like to change your information currently in our database, see “Contact Us” below. Colour Revolution is not responsible for updating information contained in third-party lists or databases.

You may have the right to “opt out” of some or all of the identified purposes, uses and disclosures listed above.

By using this site, you also authorize the export of personal information to Canada and its storage and use as specified when you provide such information to us. Our head office is in Ontario, Canada and as such, this policy and our legal obligations are subject to the laws of the province of Ontario and Canada, regardless of the location of any user. Any claims or complaints must be filed in Canada in the province of Ontario.
